15 MIN BOXING CARDIO - Aerobic Style: dancy, cool & rhythmic / Medium Intensity I Pamela Reif

This mid intensity routine will (kind of) make you feel like visiting a Festival or Dance Party ♥︎ Not as „embarrassing“ as my other dance workouts - I promise! / Werbung
High potential to become one of my new favorite forms of Cardio. It’s a mix out of classic Aerobic Steps & lots of Boxing Movements. Not sure if those 2 topics are MEANT to go together - but I think it fits amazingly! I had to test the routine so many times but I am reallyyyyy happy about the result :) hope you like it as well!
▸ Mid Intensity
▸ no burpees, no jumps
▸ no noise, no upset neighbors
▸ no up & down
… Just stepping our feet for 15min straight & I’m sure you will end up sweating.

Apart form the good mood & I can also guarantee a serious number of burned calories here.

    Ok this one is impossible for me! I have 0 coordination between my arms and legs. I understand the moves but my body doesn't. I spend most of the time trying to figure out how to do the move rather than actually do the move. Sorry but I skipped this training 😅

    I go to the gym every day do treadmill, weights and o ne of your 15 minute workout videos and thank you so much for the music with the timer one less thing to think about. And the timer is a way for me to do my 30 exercises 30 seconds everyday but I can take bits and pieces from different parts of all your videos and change it up every time.

      I have to admit I have only done the floor ab videos but after trying this I ‘m hoping to be using different muscle and will be slow and very Uncoordinated and will probably be in traction the next few days but like to feel the burn/soreness the next day😂❤️👍

    What about a workout for semi good weather. Where its like warm but you dont actually want to go outside because most of the time it's raining or cloudy so the onoy few seco ds you actually want to go outside because it is sunny, you could rather do a pamela reif workout where you pretend to be happy :)
